About

Larnelle Snowden

Coach, Euless, TX. Two years building strength with people who are starting from scratch.

“Honestly, I started out training for myself. I wanted to get stronger, build my body, and see what I was capable of. The more I trained, the more I wanted to understand why the body responds the way it does. That took me beyond just workouts and into nutrition, movement, recovery, and overall health. Eventually, training became something I wanted to use to help other people — not just get in shape, but actually build a stronger body for life.”

That is still how the coaching runs. Training is a practice, and a practice belongs to the person doing it. I treat every plan as craft: I look at your goals, your experience, your limitations and your current level, then I build the balance of strength, calisthenics, hypertrophy and mobility around you. Then we experiment — we adjust loads, order and volume until the thing fits. Nothing here is copy-and-pasted from somebody else’s program.

“What I do differently is I train for life, not just for the gym. I want people to become stronger, move better, understand their nutrition, take care of their bodies, and have the tools to maintain their health long after a workout is over.”Larnelle Snowden

I also believe training should have a purpose beyond simply looking good or getting tired. The goal is strength, muscle, mobility, endurance, body awareness and movement quality you can use in everyday life — carrying, standing, lifting, keeping up. A strong, capable, mobile, resilient body that performs well inside the gym and outside it.
